My name is River Rudhe, and I’m a certified C.H.E.K and A.T.G. Practitioner.

I specialize in getting people out of pain and back to performance in their lives. I also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching for many of my clients who desire improved health or weight loss. My usual clients range from middle-aged surfers who want to stay agile and pain-free in the water for years to come to postpartum moms who want to get back to feeling strong and capable in their bodies. I believe that with the right assessment, support, and plan, anyone can get out of pain and back to living life on their terms. 

tHE LOCATION

Our 1:1 sessions will be located in my covered outdoor studio in Suffolk Park (near Baz and Shaz). If you want to work with me out of your home or another location, let me know, and we can chat.

  • C.H.E.K Practitioners are specialists in Corrective Exercise and High-performance Kinesiology and are trained in assessment techniques and individualized application of exercise. We operate within a holistic paradigm that includes wellness, stress management, and lifestyle coaching.

Whether you’re an athlete wanting to bulletproof your joints or simply want to prevent injury well into old age, these techniques aid in creating a strong and resilient body.

  • If you have a gym membership, that’s awesome. My program is always tailored to you, so if you want to combine our sessions with a more formal strength training program, I can program it for you and ensure your physiology is functioning properly so that you don’t get injured as you increase the intensity. 

    If you don’t have a gym membership, no sweat. My studio has everything you need. My goal is to make you more sovereign in how you move, heal, and grow. 

Pricing

My hourly rate is $115 AUD.

First is the Initial Assessment

This is the first session (90 minutes), during which I will conduct an in-depth movement analysis, examining your movement patterns, mobility, and core function. And if you're in pain, we’ll explore the cause.

After the Assessment

From there, I require all clients to book a minimum of 3 (1 hour) sessions to allow me the required commitment from you for me to write your extensive program, which outlines the plan to bring you out of pain (or towards your goals if they’re not pain related). You will be provided with an app to access the program on your phone with videos to demonstrate the exercises so you can access them at all times. 

Some clients are more independent and prefer to be self-sufficient with their program; others thrive with more direct support (especially at the start or when dealing with pain). Reach out, and we can fine-tune a plan that best suits your needs. 

Discounted Rate

I also offer a 10-session pack at the discounted rate of $1,050. And I offer a senior citizen discount.
